My server is running Intel Core i7 4790, 16GB of RAM and a NVIDIA GTX 1660 Ti with installed Ubuntu 22.04.02 and Plex version 1.-6f393eda1. I tried a few movies on both my PC (using Firefox) and my iPhone (app just crashed after trying transcoding). I have a Plex Pass active NVIDIA drivers installed (together with patching the GPU for more simultaneous transcodes), but whenever I try to play and transcode any media I get this error: Conversion failed. I am having trouble getting HW transcode to work in my Plex setup.
